Accounting Payable/Receivable Clerk


Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounting Clerk.  The Accounting Clerk will execute administrative tasks primarily including managing tag and title work, verifying completion of deal paperwork and organizing and managing payables and receivables.


Job Responsibilities

  • Process deals and title work
  • Reconcile accounts payable to vendor statements
  • Identify and notify vendors of statement discrepancies
  • Professionally administers overflow of incoming phone calls
  • Update client records and database
  • Perform other administrative tasks as necessary
